Just a few reminders...

Services booked by phone or online will require a credit/debit card on file in order to hold the appointment. By placing your card on file, you then agree to the terms of service and therefore understand that any appointment cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (some exclusions may apply). Likewise, the same 100% charge will be applied for a no call/no show. 

I understand things come up and there may be instances where you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, I simply ask that you call no less than 24 hours in advance. 

Any appointment marked as a no call/no show will be required to pay in advance for future appointments. 

Your lash appointment is meant to be a relaxing place for you to experience a little self-care. That being said, I kindly ask that you do not bring children or other guests with you to your appointment. Should you arrive with such individuals, I will ask that you reschedule to a different day/time. This time is for you and only you! - take advantage of it! 

Finding the right lash artist can be hard, but the key to getting what you're looking for is communication! I take pride in my work and want you to leave feeling the same. If you didn't receive the set you wanted, please let me know! Likewise, if the set you received didn't last, please let me know! I 100% guarantee my work, therefore if you experience extreme fall out or have a negative reaction to the adhesive or other products, reach out within the first 72 hours and I will happily correct the issue. Anything after 72 hours will be subject to normal rates.  I will always do my best to correct the situation and find a resolution we can both be happy about.
